• Downpayment loans of up to $30,000 are available to Aboriginal people who wish to purchase a home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
• Loan is interest free, with no payment schedule and may be forgiven*
• Must be Aboriginal Canadian, including First Nations (Status or non-status), Metis or Inuit
• Must be currently renting or living with family/friends
• Must intend to purchase a home within the GTA Boundaries
• Must attend a Homebuyers Seminar, please see our website for dates
