Miziwe Biik seeks new, productive employment partnerships with private sector employers, governmental and non-governmental entities, educational and training institutions, and other Aboriginal organizations. While the Employment Partnership Coordinator necessarily emphasizes relationships that lead directly to new employment opportunities for Aboriginal people, other partnership opportunities are also welcomed and considered. The Role of the Job Developer

Miziwe Biik has provided temporary placements with the Federal government since 1997. The job developer in the employment department seeks out employers looking to hire Aboriginal people, as well as assisting the employment counselor's place clients in placements with government departments.
